This Privacy Policy explains how Twing Cafe collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use twing.cafe (the "website"). It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India (the "DPDP Act"). Last updated: 30 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The website is run by Twing Cafe, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Under the DPDP Act, Twing Cafe is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website, and you are the Data Principal.

2. What personal data we collect, and why
We collect personal data only for the purposes below, and only what is needed for that purpose.

We do not ask for payment details, bank details, Aadhaar or PAN through this website. Please do not put such information in your message.
3. Your consent
Before you send a form, we ask you to tick a box to confirm that you have read this policy and agree to us using your details for the purpose stated. Your consent is free and specific to that purpose, and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 8). We may also use the data you voluntarily give us to respond to the request you made, as the DPDP Act allows (section 7).
We do not use your details for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data for us: Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail, which we use to receive and store form submissions; Google Analytics; Google Fonts) and our website hosting provider.
- Our own team members who handle franchise enquiries.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India. We transfer data outside India only as the DPDP Act permits.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see how pages are used. It does not tell us who you are by name, and we do not join it to the details you type into our forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website still works without cookies.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry or application details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up about a franchise. After that we delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. If you withdraw your consent, we stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect your data, including limiting access to the people who need it. No online system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights under the DPDP Act
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and erasure: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or to delete data we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time. It is as easy to withdraw as to give. Withdrawal does not affect what we did with your data before you withdrew.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data (see section 11).
- Nominate someone: name another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act for yourself.
To use any of these rights, email twingcafe1505@gmail.com from the address you gave us, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91043 11505. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We will respond within a reasonable time and within the period the law sets.
Under the DPDP Act you also have duties: give accurate details, do not pretend to be someone else, and do not make false or frivolous complaints.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults who are exploring a franchise. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child's data has been sent to us, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
The website links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

This policy is in English. If you would like it in Hindi or Gujarati, email us and we will provide it.
